SCADA based in house test

Following tests are routinely conducted on our SCADA based in house test bench. Each test is designed and programmed carefully. All tests are designed to eliminate any leakage of safety hazards in fluids and gases systems. Planning of tests and using calibrated measuring tools, assures our reliable test results.

These tests are conducted on a regular basis during production. Test size for sittings etc is determined as per ISO QA Manual and as per random SPC / SQC procedures. Valves are 100% tested for leakage across seats and seal prior to delivery. Sampling Program is per manufacturers own standards as
